When can I use 333?
Now. 333 is free and in beta on TestFlight. Tap Download the beta on 333.place from your iPhone.
What is 333 for?
Finding regular spots and making plans with your friends. Save a place, choose a day and time, and share an outing in your group chat.
Do we move our group chat?
Keep it where it is. 333 is for choosing places and coordinating the plan.
Where will it work?
We are building for friend groups across the US. Recommendations depend on local places and available routes.
How do I leave the launch list?
Email hey@friendship.co with the phone number you signed up with and ask to be removed.
Your data.
To export or delete your account, open Profile → Privacy and data. Choose Export my data for a copy of your information, or Delete your account to remove it. You may need to verify your phone number first. For a guest response, a launch-list entry, or another privacy request, email us with the relevant plan link or phone number. We may need to verify your request. Read our privacy policy for retention and sharing details.
Plan links for guests.
Anyone with a plan link can open it and respond with your name. You don’t need an account. Your response is tied to your browser by a cookie that lasts one year, so clearing it or switching browsers can stop you from editing the same response. To remove a response, email us with the plan link and the name you used.
Reporting a place or a person.
To report a place, open it, choose the menu, then Report this place. To report a person, open their page in Friends, choose More, then choose Report. Pick the reason that fits. Reports go to our team, and the person is never told. To stop seeing someone, choose Block on the same menu. Blocking removes your friendship and hides you from each other.
Safety.
Stalking, harassment, a child’s safety, or your location being exposed? Email hey@friendship.co with “SAFETY” in the subject. Include the relevant plan or invitation link so we can investigate.
